Refund Policy
When Dime Dime Baby AI Generator refunds credits and payments.
Last updated: 2026-10-23
Failed renders are refunded automatically
A 720p HD video uses 2 credits and a 480p video uses 1. If a render fails or times out, the credits go back to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.
Unused credits
Credits from one-time packs never expire. If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full.
Used credits
A video that rendered successfully uses its credits. We do not refund used credits because each render has a real compute cost. If a video came out broken (the wrong person, a distorted or frozen face, a blank video), email us the video link and we will return the credits.
How to ask
Email support@dimedimebabyaigenerator.com from the address on your account, with the order date and what went wrong. We reply within two business days.
